open registry. Run enter REGEDIT into the registry
then find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon \ Notify \ WgaLogon,
delete WgaLogon and restart
wgatray.exe will not automatically start,
and then find that you installed the system tray such as drive C: C \ windows\system32 in wgatray.exe delete
