skype Keeps disconnecting and Re-connecting

initially You can describe this problem by your words "the Skype status icon in taskbar is about 1 minute Online, then 1minute again Conecting and repeats this always"
I solved the problem in this way:

1. Unninstaled Skype
2. choose "run" and type: %appdata%\Skype, and delete all the files and the folder "skype"
3. choose "run" and ype : regedit ----> under tab: hkey_curent user---->under software tab: delete skype
4. restart
5. reinstall Skype and EDIT SKYPE settings: DO NOT automatically update
6. works like a charm
